Merna Ayoub founded GrayMatter HR after noticing that small businesses struggled to get the same level of support as larger organizations due to limited resources. She noticed that small business owners were often overwhelmed by recruiting, onboarding, and leadership development- after all, they juggle a million hats! GrayMatter HR fills the gap by delivering simple, practical HR solutions from industry experts that save time and help businesses grow sustainably. Merna works hard to build strong, empowering workspaces for her clients and maintains a people-first approach.
Merna holds her Professional Human Resource certification from HRCI®, the premier credentialing organization for the human resource profession, and holds a Masters degree in Business Administration with a focus on Leadership in Organizations from East Carolina University.
When she’s not helping businesses grow, Merna loves spending time with her family, discovering new restaurants, and mentoring fellow entrepreneurs. Her mission is to make HR easy and accessible, so small business owners can focus on what they do best!
